Our Payment Methods
At Rackmarkt, we want your purchasing experience to be as comfortable and secure as possible, so we offer various online payment methods for you to choose the one that best suits your needs when placing and paying for your order.
Credit and Debit Card
We have a payment gateway for credit and debit cards with Banco Sabadell.
Through this gateway, you can pay for your services quickly, conveniently, and securely, with no additional fees, ensuring that the activation of your contracted service is automatic.
For security, Rackmarkt does not store customers' credit card information, so all transactions are processed outside of our control on a secure Banco Sabadell gateway.
PayPal
PayPal is a secure and reliable payment method, which is why it has become one of the preferred payment methods online in recent years. You can make your payment by sending it to:
PAYPAL@RACKMARKT.COM
Specify the type of service and your customer name in the concept, or do it directly through our PayPal gateway in the customer area, which will redirect you to the PayPal page to complete your payment or subscription.
Bank Transfer
You can make a bank transfer to pay for your service to our bank account. We will indicate the account number on your invoice, but if you can't find it or don't have it on hand, the numbers are as follows:
ES1421001712120200176651 (CAIXA)
ES6500810392090001317238 (SABADELL)
Please indicate the type of service or invoice name and your customer details in the transfer concept. Unlike payments with PayPal or Credit/Debit Card, we must validate the payment manually, so it may take between 24 and 48 hours for your service to be activated.
Direct Debit
If your service is paid on a recurring basis, the most convenient way to ensure you never experience interruptions is to set up a direct debit to a bank account.
If this is your chosen payment method, simply contact us to provide you with a SEPA document authorizing Rackmarkt to charge your bank account for the amount of your service.
This payment method cannot be used for the first payment of a service; the service must be active, and it can only be requested for use from the second monthly payment onward.
