What is Microsoft 365?
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) is Microsoft's business subscription including Exchange professional email, the Office apps, OneDrive and SharePoint storage and, optionally, Teams. Everything runs in the cloud, so your team can work from any place and device.
From its admin center you control each user, their licenses, their devices and the data they can access. And since you pay per user, you add or remove accounts as your team changes.
