Demanding projects need certain guaranteed resources, and predefined plans do not always fit. Maybe you need a lot of storage, or more RAM than web hosting would require. With the custom VPS you choose the optimal configuration yourself, both hardware and software.

What can you configure in your custom VPS?
Each piece has its own price, so you do not pay for resources you will not use:
- Processor: 1 to 8 vCPU
€4/month per vCPU. More cores for compute-heavy applications or many simultaneous requests.
- RAM: 1 to 24 GB
€3/month per GB. More memory for databases, caches or websites with many visitors at once.
- SSD disk: 20 to 280 GB
€6/month per 20 GB, on redundant SSD storage. Ideal if you need space without paying for RAM you will not use.
- Linux or Windows Server
AlmaLinux, Debian or Ubuntu at no cost. Windows Server 2019 or 2022 for a €25/month licence (from 4 vCPU); if you need Windows Server 2025, ask us.
- cPanel or Plesk
cPanel from 5 to 200 accounts or Plesk from 10 domains to unlimited. On Windows, Plesk. More about cPanel and Plesk.
- Extras and management
LiteSpeed, Imunify360 and JetBackup (100 GB to 3 TB of backups). And if you need it, 5 or 10 hours of management per month.
When to choose a custom VPS?
When fixed plans make you pay for things you do not need:
- You need lots of storage
Files, backups or media: increase the disk without also having to raise CPU and RAM.
- Your application needs a lot of memory
Databases, caches or Java and Node.js applications that need RAM, with just enough CPU.
- You work with Windows
.NET applications, ERP or business software that only runs on Windows Server, with Plesk if you need it.
- You resell or host many websites

A flexible VPS that adapts to your project
Configure your custom VPS and pay only for what you really need. Sometimes no plan offers lots of processing power without oversizing everything else, or your project needs more storage but you do not want to pay for RAM you will not use. With Rackmarkt you configure the server to your real needs.
